Twenty thousand rats were destroyed within forty acres at Ipswich docks. Many cats and rabbits were also destroyed. FIRE IN A UNIVERSITY. (Received Oct. 31. 8.45 a.m.) PARIS, Oct. 30. By a fire which occurred in the medical section of the Toulouse University 80,000 volumes were destroyed. The damage is estimated at £30,000. LONDON POST OFFICE.
