FIREMEN AND LIQUOR.
A STEAMER DELAYED . [PRESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received August 20, 11.15 a.m.) SYDNEY, August 20. Six firemen prevented the departure of the steamer Grantala for Melbourne last night. Being prevented from taking liquor aboard, they ' refused duty, and the other ' firemen sympathising refused to ' join the ship which has not yet sailed.
