ACCEPTANCES for the first day's events will close with the Seoretary at the office of the Club, Bulls on TUESDAY, September 6th, 1910, at 9 p.m., and for the second day's events at the same place at 9 o'clock on the evening of the first day. All races to be run under the New Zealand Eules of Baaing. The winner of any race, after declaration of weights, to oarry a penalty of 61b, of two or more races 101b, provided that any horse handicapped at Bst 101b and over will oarry only half these penalties. This rule does not apply to Hurdle, Steeplechase and Welter Eaces.
