I The export meat trade from the United States lias continued to fall oft", i and is now being carried on at about lone-third the extent which prevailed i two years ago. The chief causes of the 1 diminution of the export trade (says an I American correspondent) are the shortI age of meat animals, the high prices for meat which prevail at Home, and troublesome restrictions which have been placed on the importation of American meat in Germany, France, and Austria. An understanding has recently been reached wnereby the long-existing restrictions are removed from American pork in Germany and France, and I a similar agreement will soon be ratified ' between the United States and Austria. { With the lemoval of these trade restrictions it is believed that the export trade will begin to assume its previous proportions as soon as the existing shortage of meat animals is overcome by greater production. According to the best available statistics, the shortage of meat animals in the United States on January 1, 1910, was about 8,500,000. Therefore, reject them! Insist upon a pure, active, non-irritant and uniform product. SUCH IS SANDER'S EXTRACT. Remember, that SANDER'S EXTRACT was proved by authoritative experts, at the Supreme Court of Victoria, to contain antiseptic and healing substances not contained in other Eucalyptus products.
