NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Patea County Council, at an ordinary meeting to be held at County Offices, Pattea, on TUESDAY, the 13th day of September, 1910, at 11 a.m., in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in *"t by the "Counties Act, 1908," and the "Rating Act, 1908," respectively, io make and levy the undermentioned General Rates under Sections 117 and 118 of "The Counties Act, 1908," and also the undermentioned Separate Rates under Section 119 of such last mentioned Act, such Raites to be for the period commencing Ist April, 1910, and ending 31st March, 1911, and to !>e assessed on the Capital Value on the Valuation Roll of all the Ratable prjperty within the respective Ridings of the County of Patea, viz. : — For WAVERLEY RIDING— A General Rate of £d in the ■£.
