LE BLANC WINS £4000 PRIZE. [PKESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received xlugust 18, 10 a.m.) PARIS, August 17. Le Blanc won Le Matin's prize of £4000 for a circular fligbt through Paris, Troyes, Nancy, Charleville, Donai, Amiens and back to Paris, with five stops. His actual time in the air was 12 hours, and he covered 489 miles. A huge crowd gave him an ovation at Issy les Moulineaux when he alighted.
