AN OFFICER DROWNED. Ipress assooiation.J LONDON, August 17. The East African liner Khedive was totally wrecked on the rocks at Capo Morgan, South. Africa. An officer was drowned. The vessel was valued at £70,000, and the cargo at £50,000.
