THE CHOLERA SCOURGE.
.STILL RAGING IN RUSSIA. [press association.] ' ST. PETERSBURG, August 17. There are 775 cases of cholera at St. ' Petersburg. Railway passengers re- ' mure a medical certificate of disinfee- ■ tion of clothes. A total of 81,000 cases have been certified to August 8, Kharkov, Katerinosloff, Kherson and Don < claiming 40,000 between them. The greatest distress is amongst orphaned children in the villages.
