TUESDAY'S SERVICE.

It will take place at Westminster Hall, and' will consist of prayers selected for th© occasion, th© 23rd Psalm and Stohr's anthem: ''Blessed are the departed" and "0 God our British noblemen are offering the hospitality of their town houses to Royal princes and foreign envoys.
