HETO RESOLUTIONS MAY BE DELAYED. [press association.] LONDON, May 12. General satisfaction is expressed rearding Mr Asquith's decision to apoint a Select Committee in June to repare proposals for the settlement ot ac civil list. The Times states thaifc Ministerial ircles recognise that it is necessary to ass the Budget for the current year. Probably the introduction of the Veto ssolution into the Lords will be delay1 for a few weeks (if not longer) after io reassembly of Parliament.
