20 KILLED; 30 INJURED. PEOPLE BURIED IN THE RUINS OF HOUSES. [PEEBS ASSOCIATION.] (Received May 10, 9.45 a.m.) OTTAWA, May 9. A fire caused an explosion in a dynamite factory at Hull, Quebec, wrecking adjacent houses and burying the people in the ruins.
