The medical evidence showed that the little girl was probably rendered unconscious by a blow, the jugular vein being then severed. The medical witness Jctailed the other horrifying injuries. One witness heard the three-year-o'd sister of deceased prattling to herself: "Poor Wickiel Daddy beat Wickie with bottle." The child was ask'd, "Where is Wickie P" and replied, "Daddy take her up into the bush." B The inquest was adjourned. £
