HALLEY'S COMET.
OBSERVED IN SYDNEY.

SYDNEY, April 11. Halley's comet was picked up by the Observaftory forty-five minutes before sunrise to-day. It was not brilliant, and seemed about as large as a star of the eighth magnitude.
