ISLAND SCHOONER MISSING.

SYDNEY, April 1. Fears are entertained for the safety of the Island schooner Malekula, which left the Solomon Islands for Sydney on Now Year's Day. Under ordinary conditions tho voyage occupies three to four weeks. The vessel carried several white officers and a native crew.
