NEWCASTLE STRIKE.
RESUMPTION 1 OF WORK.
I SYDNEY, March 15. All the northern collieries ,with the exception! ,of the Hetton colliery, are at work. That colliery will re&ume tomorrow. The fleet of vessels awaiting coal are now being moved under the cranes.

The Railway Coonmis'sionei-s' by using the Powlett Riiver coal will save £30,000 per aimum, while £35,000 ;n; n coal freights will be earned this year. It is estimated the railways will earn £75,000' by this mejans next year.
