A case of particular intere.st'-has been occupying the attention of the Supremo Court, Melbourne, recently. Mr, A. Gillies (of tho Lawrcncc-Kcnnedy-Gilhes milking machine) proceeded against the Hartnett Milking Machine Company for an infringement of the Gillies air admission pa ton I. The case was heard before Mr Justice Hood.. Messrs Mitchell, Starko and Mann were counsel for plaintiff, and Messrs Irvino and Schutt for the defendant. The case occupied thirteen days, and judgment lias now bepn given, in which Mr Gillies was granted an injunction and secured damages and costs. *
