SALE OF A BIG ESTATE. [PRESS ASSOCIATION .J AUCKLAND, December 7. A well-known property at the Bay of Islands, the Korikeri Estate, belonging to Mr T. C. Williams, has just been sold to Mr Harold who no-fc long ago disposed of his run at Waingaro. The sale includes the stock noAV on the ostato —7000 sheep, 250 head of cattle, and 50 horses. The price was between £20,000 and £25,000.
