In his action in handing the Nicaraguan Charge d' Affaire® at Washington 1 his passports, Mr Knos: (Seoretairy of State) said the authors of the recent executions of two Americans would be personally responsible, and Nicaragua! would be compelled to observe the principles of the Washington Conference in regard to the South Ajmericam republics, besides the interests of peace and harmony.
The transport ship Prairie is leaving Philadelphia to-day,, and conveys 1000 marines to Panama.
