BREACH OF PRIVILEGE.
LONDON, July 21.
On the motion of Mi' Dillon and Mr John Redmond, the House of Commons resolved that the Duke of Norfolk was guilty of a breach of privilege in writing to Mr Profurno, the Unionist candidate for High Peak, in tho interest of Catholic schools 1 .
