BRISBANE, July 21. The G-arrnan Government yacht Ddphf has arrived at New Guinea, rilte reports that the missing vesseu ,the Seeston, received ordeirs to call at Adclphshavein and pick up Governor Herberts-hop. The Delphf was despatched to Adolphshaven, but found that the Seestoo had not arrived., She made a search without success.
