THE TURKISH EXECUTIONS.
(Received July 21, 8.45 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, July 20.
The executions at Constantinople on. Monday iceluded Kherkess Mehmet Pacha, Abdul Hamad's former aide, and Hakki Bey, a notorious spy. Ali KemaL, editor of the newspaper Ikdam, was. sentenced, in. his afoacmioe, to peirpetual exile- and espionage. Divev-de-fe Bey, proprietor of I'kdam, has been acquitted.
