At Burnside 195 fat cattle were yarded. Not many, however, were of good quality. Prices were unchanged. Best £8 15s to £9 15s, medium £7 5s to £8, inferior and light to £6, cows to £7 10s. Fat sheep: Best wethers 18s to 19s 3d, extra 21s, medium 15s to 17s 6d, inferior and light 10s 6d to 14s, best ewes Ids to 17s 6d, medium 12s to 14s 6d, inferior 9s to 11s. Lambs: Best lambs 15s to 16s, extra 19s, medium 12s to 14s. Pigs : Suckers 13s to 16s, slips 17s to 19s, stores 23s to 28s, porkers 35s to 38s, light baconers 40s to 455, heavy 53s to 60s.
