NEW YORK, January 27.
Mr H. T. Kainey is moving in the House of Representatives for an enquiry into the circumstances of the purchase of the Panama Canal. He charged Mr Taft's brother and others with being parties to the railroad proposal, about to be adopted by the Panama Assembly, involving the timber land frauds.
