Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," and the' Acts amending the same respectively. SPECIAL ORDER MAKING AND LEVYING A SPECIAL RATEw WHEHEAfe at a Special Meetiing of the Council held en SATURDAY, 21st March. 1908, a resolution tc the following effect was adopted, viz.: — 'Jhat in pursuance and oxcroise of . the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodias Loans Act, 1901, and the amendments tbjeroof, the Ha■\vera County Council hereby reeolves as follows: — That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £63,000, authorized to be raised by the Havera.
