THE PREMIER'S MOVEMENTS.

AUCKLAND, February 2. The Prime Minister will return to Auckland most probably towards the end of the week, and make his promised tour of the North, which will most likely extend over a month or five weeks. It is the Premier's intention to deliver a political address at Auckland on Friday night next. This afternoon the Premier attended the meeting at Government House convened by Lady Plunket to consider the question of infant life protection.
