ST. PETERSBURG, Jan. 8.

The recent dismissal of 8000 dock laborers has created great insubordination at Sevastopol.

In order to prevent an outbreak the Black Sea fleet haa been sent to sea. When the sailors' barracks wert.searched thty were fouad d'viding th^ officers into three categories with varying degrees of punishment.

A hundred powerful pyroxilku bombs were discovered at Sebastopo! and Simferopol. It is believed they were designed to destroy the fleet.
