CONCERT AND TABLEAUX SOCIAL.

In- another ■column the programme for the above is printed, and we learn that everything is again up to concert pitch, and unless the district be visited with some fresh epidemic Thursday evening ought to see the Opera House well filled. The programme, as will be seen, is a very attractive and one, close on one hundred performers are included in it, and judging from recent practices and rehearsals their efforts ought to prove exceedingly successful. Three tableaux are to be staged, rounds are to be sung by a chorus of fifty of the St. Mary's Sunday School children, and various glees and part songs are to be rendered by the St. Mary's choir. In addition, several well-known local amateurs have promised to assist. Tickets may be obtained from F. H. Boase, bookseller, or at the door. The concert will commence at 8 p.m. sharp.
