HAWERA v. NEW PLYMOUTH. The first of this second around of championship matches was played at Bayly Park on Thursday, -when New Plymouth met Hawera. New Plymouth' "was one man short. In the first spell Hawera obtained three goals, New Plymouth, 0. About half-way through the second speU Beale shot the only goal the visitors obtained, but the home team afterwards added two more to tiheir " sootre, the last «ne toeing gained just before time was up. Mr Pratt refereed. Hawera 5 goals, New Plymouth 1.
