i\l eUer, an ex-teacher, sentenced to death at Bayreath' in November for -the murder of Bertha Wuenschelmeyerj eleven year old, a pupil, whose body -after lying in has bedroom all night was buried' in the wood next manning, is now undergoing tidal for the murder of a widow mamedi Enders. When sentence was pTonounioed in November the judge laid Enders' skull on the table and' summoned prisoner to swear on it that he was innocent. Mueller broke down and confessed that he was guilty. Now he has repudiated the confession, saying foe made it hoping to be sent to a lunatic asylum. In making the repudiation he Tevealed his sanity.
