OBITUARY.
MR J. C. GEORGE. [PBESS ASSOCIATION.]
NEW PLYMOUTH, March 6. The- death occurred this morning of Mr James C. George, who was for fifty years a resident of New Plymouth. The deceased gentleman was one of the proprietors of the Grown Dairy Company, and a pioneer of the dairy industry. He was 62 years of ago. A London chimney-sweep displays both ingenuity and a commendable brevity in the following sign: "Has Majesty the King" — in large letters — "has made a clean swmep of his enemies. There is only one clean sweep in this street — I'm him."
