LONDON, February 17. Enormous smuggling of whisky by an unknown Irish firm lias been discovered. The spirit was conveyed by underground pipes from the distillery to a. duty-pand warehouse. The Revenue Department imposed a £65.000. penalty.

An agitation is afoot to secure the prosecution of the firm.
