Dr Thompson says: 'When people have what is .called^ Jaundice, it is the prevailing opinion that they have too much bile ; this is a mistaken notion, for there is no stich thing as there being too much bile. . The difficulty is caused by the stomach being cold and 1 foul, so that the i food i& not properly digested, and the bile, not being appropriated to its natural use, is dispensed through the pores of the skin, and deposits on the surface the yellow color termed jaundice. With this ailment, as with others, the Stomach and Liver is nearly always at fault, and . we cannot impress the fact too strongly, that to. keep these organs in proper condition it is necessary to take 8 to 10 drops of IMPEY'S MAY APPLE after meals. This remedy is now obtainable at any store in the colony, is inexpensive, is palatable to take, saie under all conditions, and can be iaken by ohildxta as well as adults. Price 2s 6d.
