THE CREW LAND SAFELY.

AUCKLAND, February 16.

The Auckland-owned scow Bravo, bound from Kaipara to Gisborne, ran ashore about 14 miles to the eastward of Cape Maria, van Diemen on Thursday morning last. The B r avo left Kaipara on Teusday last for a Poverty Bay port. The vessel was buffeted about throughout the night, and somewhere about 5 a.m. she was carried a&hore by the sea and erale, and was piled up on a. hard, sandy beach. The orew all landed safely, but the master, Captain G Wilson, who only recently came out of the hospital, is reported to bo very ill. The Bravo was a vessel of 44 tons re gister, and was owned by Mossrs T. Tankard, Jagger and another.
