precedent in granting Mm his discharge.
Mr Hamerton pointed out that t
of bankrupt's wife's 'health was partly true causa of the impecuniosity, and everything indicated tihat » discharge would have been granted had he attended. There being no proved' creditors present to object, Hie JELonor decided to treat the circumstances as exceptional and grant a discharge.
