Lyne admitted that bis valuation of harvesters, might be a little too high, be. would not bring it back to £38, which, was too low. Mr Cook thanked the Minister, and said it- was an admission <th«t £65 was too high. After further discussion a fixed duty of £12 on each, machine -was agreed to, ana a consequential reduction from £8 to £6 made on strippers and parts of strippers, and harvesters were reduced to a ljsd per Ib. ANOTHER SCENE" IN THE HOUSE.
