PARIS, April 13.
In the French Chamber, M. Bourgeois, in a great conciliatory speech on the results i of the Algeciras Conference, describing the agreement as 'honorable <bo all and ensuring a good- general understanding, eulogised the unwavering firmness of Britain and ' Russia in upholding throughout the legitimacy of the French cause. France had an opportunity of putting to the test the Strength of her alliance of friendship, to which valued sympathies weir© now added. He concluded hae spaecft amidst loud cheering. !
