The Boer leaders, believing that Mr W. Churchill's speech implies manhood suffrage, are now (reminding the Rand Labor party that the Knugsr Government was their only friend. They are making fierce attacks on the mining industry and capitalists, declaring that the latter are trying to produce an artificial depression in order to secure the political denomination, of half the provincial and two-thirds of the city.
