THE FIRST DYSPEPTIC.
Tommy's father was troubled with dyspepsia, and took two tablets after each meal, as prescribed by the physician.
One Sunday, after Tommy had attended Sunday school as usual, he watched his father take the customary dose at the dinner table, and then, said :
"Papa, Moses was the first man to have dyspepsia, wasn't he?"
"I don't know, Tommy; why?' replied his father.
"Because," said Tommy, "the teacher read in the Bible to-day that the Lord gave' Moses two tablets."
