BURYING THE VICTIMS

-RAILWAY STRIKERS OBTAIN

CONCESSIONS.

(Received November 6, 8.35 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, November 5. The workmen's delegates to St. Petersburg are organising a monster procession to-day, the occasion being the funerals of the victims of the recant disorders. M. Trepoff has given warning that no political demonstration will be permitted and in demanding the abandonment of the

plan suggests the possibility of a second bloody conflict.

M. de Witt© received the delegates of the Central Strike Committee, and empowered them to inform the railway strikers that their demands would be granted.
