ARMED RISING URGED. MORE BLOODSHED IN THE STREETS STRIKERS SEIZE A RAILWAY TRAIN [press association.] (Received Octobex 27, 8.25 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, October 26. Fifteen persons were killed and 26 injured in a conflict with the troops at the demonstration at Ekaterinosl.iv. The strikers seized a train in the direction of Syzran and travelled from station to station plundering and destroying the buildings. , The strikers had an affray at the Nikolai station with the engine drivers, who wish to resume work. Several were killed and wounded. Warsaw is isolated, and a meat and coal famine is threatened. Trade at the seaports is being gradually paralysed. The Odessa trains are stopped, except to Kieff. Immense meetings of students a.nd workmen are being held at St. Petersburg and in revolutionary speeches an armed rising is urged.
