CISBORNE HARBOR.
GISfiORNE. August 2. The Havbor Board to-nighfc decided to ask Mr Ferguson, of Wellington, to come and report on the work of extending the river training wall, there being a strong feeling that the wall is not proving the iuccess anticipated.
