THE COLONY.
WELLINGTON' July 1. The Law, Union .and Grown Insurance Co. .is, withdrawing from business in the colony. The reason it gives is that it takes serious exception to the policy of reducing ratesr with which the associated insurance companies 'have met State competition, and declines to' follow it. •
