STOCK BEPOBT.
We held our usual fortnightly slock sales in Wanganui and Wayerley on the 21st and 23rd June, respectively. At Wanganui, we had a heavy yarding of cattle .and a good number of sheep. At Waverley we hud also a good entry of both sheep and cattle. We quote : — At Wanganui— Cattle : Mixed weaners 17s to 255, yearlings 345, 18-month steers £2 ss, springing heifers £3 17s 6d to £4 4s, fat bullocks £6 19s 6d, fat cows £4 5s to £4 11s, 3-year bullocks £5 3s 6d. Sheep : Lambs 11s to 12s Bd, ewes in lamb 15s 6d, ewes and wethers (mixed) 12s 6d, fat ewes 16s 6d to 19s, fat wethers 19s 4d to 22s 4d. Pigs: Weaners 4s 6d, porkers 15s to 18s.
At AVaverley— Cattle : Weaners 17s, 18-month steers £1 13s 6d, 2£-year sU>ers £3 13s, 3-year steers £4 2s 6d, 18-month heifers (empty) £2 10s 6d. heifers in calf £2 15s. Sheep: Lambs 14s 9d, 2-tooths (mixed) 15s 4d, empty ewes 9s 4d to 10s 6d, ewes in lamb 13s Id to 225.
