GOVERNOR'S SPEECH. [
Tlic Uovernor's Spwdi was presented to ' Parliament this afternoon. j His Excellency opened by expressing ■ pk-asiiro at the loyalty to the Throne of tho people of the colony, and proceeded , to refer to the prosperity of New Zealand and the promising outlook.
