Iho Dnieper has-been ordered to forward a report on the sinking of the British steamer St. Kilda. -.The Times' St. Petersburg correspondent states that Count Lamsdorff (Russian Foreign Minister) handed Sir Charles' Hardinge, British Ambassador to Russia, the Russian admiralty's instructions to the cruisere to abstain from sinking the ships of neutrals.
