The winner of any flat race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of lOlbs; of two or more such races, 14Ibs; horses handicapped at 8.7 or over, half the above penalties. For event No. 14, nomination papers must be accompanied by fee, name in full, age, and date last birthday, name of school, and be certified to by the respective schoolmasters. Cycling competitors must state weight, gear, and make of machine. Three starters or no race. Four starters or nd second prize. Six starters or no third prize. All competitors must appear in approved costume. First event will commence at 11 a.m. sharp.
