ADMIRAL ROZHDESTVENSKY BAILB. (Received March 19, .4.45 p.m.) LONDON, March 18. Admiral Rozhdestvensky has left Nossi Be, off the coast of Madagascar. TWO COLLIERS SEIZED. (Received March 18, 7.50 p.m.) LONDON, March 18. The captain of the steamer Airlie, which arrived to-day from the East, reports that the Dutch authorities at Batavia, seized the German collier Bulgaria, with a cargo of 10,500 tons of coal, and a British collier with 4500 tons. Th« colliers, which were waiting about the Sundra Straitß ior the Baltic Fleet, and took refuge in Dutch territory waters, were seized in order to prevent complicai tions with Japan. They had barely en1 tered Batavia harbor when two Japanese I warships appeared.
