OFFICIALS AT LOGGERHEADS.

KUROPATKIN MUST HAVE MORE TRAINS.

I'AKIS, December 15. Le Temps' St. Petersburg correspondent states that in official circles the news from the Far East is regarded as unsatisfactory. It is understood that General Kuropatkin has telegraphed that unless the daily number of trains crossing TransSiberia is considerably increased it will be impossible to adequately provision the army. It is impossible to comply with this request, but his enemies (who are more numerous and claim to be Isetter informed since Prince AlexieflTs return) assert that General Kuropatkin's sole object is to divest himself of responsibility, and that he desires to throw the blame on any incoming Ministry for War and the Imperial Administration.
