[FRBBB ASaOCIATION.J (Received December 15, 10 a.m.) SYDNEY, December 15.

A wave of retrenchment swept over the Assembly when the Estimates came on, and it reduced the , salaries of the high officers of the Council and the Assembly. The President of the Council was reduced by £350. The Speaker was cut down by £170, and other nigh officers in proportion.
