The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company report sales at the following prices : — Horses.— Competition keen for anything of a good stump. Heavy draughts £29 to £38 15s; medium do., £18 10s to £25; light ha r nosa do., £10 10s to £27; hacks, £8 10s to £21. Cattle.— lieof was yarded in average quantities, the quality being excellent. Ox licef sold up to 27b per 1001b ; cow, 19s to 245. Stoera, £7 10* to £15 ; cows, £5, 5s to £9 15s. Sheop. — The hi^h prices of last week were fully maintained. Wetherß, 15a 6d to £1 16s; owes, 14s 9d to £1 7s 6d ; hogguts 12s Od to £1 11s 6d. Most of the Waiknto wethers sold at from £1 4s 9d to £1 12s 6d. Shorn wethers £1 to £1 0s 3d. Pigs. — Weanors, 12s 3d to 17s; porkers. 19s 9d to £2 Bs.
